En route home from Pittsburgh via US 30, I took a break to walk around Lisbon, seat of Columbiana County. Like just about all midwestern towns and cities it has some gaps and rough edges, but it's obvious that the people have a sense of the town's history and an appeciation for the importance of maintaining its character.
