During our visit to the Western Minnesota Steam Threshers' Reunion at Rollag, we rented a cottage at Isle View Resort on South Lida Lake.

Arriving at Isle View Resort
Our cottage. Nice and clean and quite comfy. If roughing it means a black-and-white TV, then I guess we were roughing it. We were the last guests of the season, and the owners were packed to leave for Florida as soon as we checked out.
David and I took a side trip to Fargo to visit Surplus Tractor Parts, one of the largest suppliers of used farm equipment parts. Fargo looked like a nice town; I wish I had taken time to look around a little more.
Jamie is an avid fisherman, and he didn't waste any time getting down to business.
End of day
I kept expecting to see a foundering pontoon boat full of Lutheran clergymen hanging on for dear life.

I said avid, didn't I? There he goes while the mist is still rising off the lake. A true believer!
